Return and Exchange Policy: The customer has the right to request an exchange or return of the product within 24 hours from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with its original packaging and labels/box. Discounted products or those on special offers may not be covered by the return policy, unless there is a manufacturing defect. The customer has the right to exchange the size in the following cases: if there was an error on our part regarding the size, we bear all shipping costs for the product both ways; if the size change is at the customer's request, the customer bears all shipping costs both ways, and the request must be raised within 24 hours of receipt. Return Policy: 1- To return the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it within one day of receipt, and the store has the right to inspect the product before return to ensure its condition. 2- The customer bears the costs of the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
